We are here for our now I think 4th time. The last 3 times have been in the last few months and it’s been nothing short of great. The staff is really nice and friendly, but doesn’t feel like your “customer service is my job” friendly. The food is really good and VERY fairly priced. To the point you really don’t have to leave and find food if you don’t want to. And the bartenders have been really friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Showers are great and clean. Pools and the area itself are very clean and feel new. Overall this is a great establishment let alone for the price. 100% recommend to visit here for a relaxing time!

Great hotel with a restaurant attached. They have all day breakfast, a full bar, and apps/entrees. 😋 There is a large mineral water pool and two mineral water hot tubs that leave your body feeling so relaxed. They have extra spa services you can order at the front desk as well. Restaurant and pool hours are 8am-10pm. This is a pretty quiet hotel for being right on the road. The pool feels secluded and private from the road and almost all (or all) of the rooms look over the pool area. Room was clean, had enough towels and space, bed was very comfortable! King size was the way to go. 👑 Also, we saw the most beautiful sunset on our arrival here. 🌅 🏜️ Worth the stay! We will be back! 🌴

Our room with a private pool was very clean and recently painted. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. We also ate at their new restaurant that opened last week and were pleasantly surprised on how good our meal was. Very good value for the price we paid. We will definitely return again.

We booked this hotel mainly because of its convenient location for exploring Joshua Tree National Park. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations. After reading many of the previous reviews, I found some of them to be a bit misleading, so here's my honest experience. Room The photos on the hotel's website don't accurately represent the rooms. The photos posted by guests in the reviews are much closer to reality. If you're expecting a stylish, modern room like the ones on the website, you'll probably be disappointed. I booked a room with a balcony and mountain view, and it did have a nice mountain view. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had all the basic amenities. The bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essentials. Amenities The hotel has a good-sized swimming pool and two hot tubs. I thought there was also a mineral spring pool because of one of the photos, but that's actually part of a private suite, not a shared amenity. The front desk was happy to clarify that. There's also a bar/café. My husband ordered a coffee there in the morning, and unfortunately it was one of the worst coffees we've had. Investing in a proper espresso machine would make a big difference. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, basic place to stay near Joshua Tree, this hotel does the job. Just make sure your expectations match what the hotel actually offers rather than what's shown in the promotional photos.
