We are here for our now I think 4th time. The last 3 times have been in the last few months and it’s been nothing short of great. The staff is really nice and friendly, but doesn’t feel like your “customer service is my job” friendly. The food is really good and VERY fairly priced. To the point you really don’t have to leave and find food if you don’t want to. And the bartenders have been really friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Showers are great and clean. Pools and the area itself are very clean and feel new. Overall this is a great establishment let alone for the price. 100% recommend to visit here for a relaxing time!
Wow, what a great stay at Aqua Soleil Hotel and mineral springs. The front desk manned by Omarion and Kathy greeted us with smiles and friendly attitudes that you rarely get these days. We got into our room which was spacious, well appointed and extremely clean. The pool and jacuzzi were phenomenal. There must really be something to the mineral water because I don't ever remember feeling that relaxed. There really was something in the water because you could tell every other guest felt the same way. We highly recommend Aqua Soleil hotel for a relaxing stay. We will definitely return. Prices vary widely depending on dates so check ahead. Our visit was very reasonable.
These bad reviews are whack. This hotel was charming, clean, vintage, relaxing, and welcoming. Staff was nice and the pools/baths were awesome! The hotel bar had very cheap drinks and great service. If you're a total snoot and want 5 star luxury, maybe temper your expectations. But if you're looking for an affordable, charming desert getaway, stay at this place. Can't wait to go back!
Our room with a private pool was very clean and recently painted. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. We also ate at their new restaurant that opened last week and were pleasantly surprised on how good our meal was. Very good value for the price we paid. We will definitely return again.
