Wow, what a great stay at Aqua Soleil Hotel and mineral springs. The front desk manned by Omarion and Kathy greeted us with smiles and friendly attitudes that you rarely get these days. We got into our room which was spacious, well appointed and extremely clean. The pool and jacuzzi were phenomenal. There must really be something to the mineral water because I don't ever remember feeling that relaxed. There really was something in the water because you could tell every other guest felt the same way. We highly recommend Aqua Soleil hotel for a relaxing stay. We will definitely return. Prices vary widely depending on dates so check ahead. Our visit was very reasonable.
Our room with a private pool was very clean and recently painted. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. We also ate at their new restaurant that opened last week and were pleasantly surprised on how good our meal was. Very good value for the price we paid. We will definitely return again.
We stayed two different times the 1st room was a queen (two queen beds) with a balcony it was a nice room but the traffic sounds were loud…. The second time we got a king room and the road noise was much better. Both times we arrived. We were given keys to rooms that were not ready. The staff were quite friendly, and the facility was clean.
Had the pleasure of staying at our favorite Aqua Soleil Spa again, since last time for New Year’s 2026. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and relaxing. Huge special Thank You (as always) to EMANUEL, who has been consistently beyond helpful and has elevated our experience each time to a five star stay with his attention to detail when it came to our requests. Yet another great experience!
I stayed two nights at Aqua Soleil in Desert Hot Springs during a business trip and had a genuinely great experience. I usually book through hotels.com but thought to book directly through the hotel website. I also like that there is free parking and I can park my own vehicle. Omari checked me in and gave me a lovely second-floor room facing the pool and spa. After the first night, though, it became clear the mattress wasn’t up to standard — it felt unusually broken. I was hesitant to say anything since I almost never complain at hotels, but the next morning Kathy at the front desk was cheerful, attentive, and immediately re-assigned me to the Audrey Hepburn room (105) on the ground floor, also facing the pool. The room was perfect and the mattress was comfortable. What really stood out was that later that day, while I was on a call by the pool, I happened to see staff actually removing the mattress from my original room. I truly felt seen. When I mentioned it to Kathy, she smiled and said, “I told them.” That level of follow-through is rare and appreciated. The mineral spring–fed pool and spa are wonderful, and the guests I met there were incredibly friendly. One woman I spoke with stays twice a month — which says a lot. The evening winds were strong during my stay (January 2026), and staff were immediately out cleaning debris from the pool area. The property is clearly well cared for. Kathy also told me about Acres Landing, the mineral hot springs resort behind Aqua Soleil with Airstreams - owned by the same hotel group. I checked it out while I was there and absolutely plan to stay there in the future. I also like that the mineral water spas aren't chlorinated. I also met Juan, who is preparing to open the restaurant at Aqua Soleil, and I’m looking forward to coming back to enjoy his food and drinks once it opens. It's also convenient that Grocery Outlet is across the street so you can get snacks, beverages, adult beverages etc across the street. If you’re considering staying at Aqua Soleil, go ahead and book. It’s worth it.
