I can't say enough good things about this experience. From check-in to check out, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made our visit very relaxing. My husband and I went for an anniversary trip so we booked the Romantic Sunset Oasis Tub (which I highly recommend). Everything was set up beautifully and it was beyond my expectations! And the food there? Great. The cafe had yummy options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All of the amenities and pools were so fun to check out throughout the day, we didn't leave the property once until our check out. We are excited to come back again in the future.
I absolutely love this place. It is an amazing place with even more amazing staff. Kim is the most wonderful host and always ensures everyone is comfortable and happy. Samantha at the front desk is a ray of sunshine and always goes beyond to welcome everyone. We met Nadine today who was another wonderful guest service representative. The food is so fresh and delicious and the mineral waters are so relaxing . This is our sanctuary and I am so glad I found this place. I have brought so many people here and everyone enjoyed their stay.
As a regular guest at Azure Palm Desert, I can truly say this place is more than just a getaway — it’s a complete oasis and the ultimate stress reliever. The peaceful atmosphere, especially the Oasis area, makes every visit feel relaxing and rejuvenating. What makes the experience even more special is the incredible staff. Samantha, Kim, and Nadine are absolutely amazing always so accommodating, welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their kindness and hospitality never go unnoticed and are a huge reason why I keep coming back. Thank you for always creating such a warm and relaxing experience.
4.9 stars. Azure truly is an Oasis. The pools and grounds are fabulous, and the food is extraordinary. I spent a small fortune in the gift shop buying up its rare finds. A negative was the showers in the women’s locker room — every shower was full of hair (in the drains, on the floor and on the walls). It was 3 pm, so not the end of the day either. The older woman employee (no offense, I’m old too) who oversees the women’s locker room would be better off ensuring the showers are clean vs combing the grounds to shush 🤫 everyone. She did this all afternoon, and no one was loud or bothersome. She was annoying. Another guest asked me if the pool I was in was hotter than the one she was in, and just then that same employee walked in and told us to be quiet. No one else was in there, and we weren’t loud at all. Her only purpose to come in was to shush us, because she left immediately afterward. We were inside an enclosed room with two jacuzzis. The jets were louder than we were, and so was she.
I recently stayed at Azure Resort and participated in The "Rejuvenate with Jan Program". My experience was fabulous with the combination of the beautiful resort and the well-organized, healthy Fasting with Jan program. Jan's guidance and attention to details made a big difference as she integrated all the resort's amenities with her program seamlessly. I highly recommend not only visiting and staying at your resort, but Fasting with Jan, as it greatly added to and enhanced the whole experience.
