Miracle Springs Resort & Spa

First time at this hotel and resort and it was so fun. The pools were so clean for how many ppl use them. The grounds men were accommodating every time you requested the pools to be turned up or down. They kept it clean and always were checking the temp of the pools. With a variety of pools it made for a fun relaxing trip for a nice price and a short drive to Palm Springs! The spa service was also amazing! Definitely will be returning.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly Spent the day at the pools and spa so I can’t say anything about the rooms. First the Ugly. The decor could use some updating. It kitschy 1980s and it makes the place feel dated and not so clean. The Bad - well I can’t really say anything bad about it. But the GOOD! I’ll save the best for last— the receptionists (both in the lobby and inside the spa) were very nice and dealt with a few logistical issues we encountered. At the spa Hiram the masseuse was great. His hands must have eyes because he knew exactly how to find the knots. Afterward we had lunch at the restaurant and while the food was okay the service was FIVE ⭐️ STAR!! Maddie was our server and I would recommend and return just for the outstanding and professional customer service that she brought to the table. She could give lessons on exemplary customer service and it’s this that really makes this place shine. Go there, it’s a fun day trip.

I was skeptical after reading reviews but honestly I have a wonderful time. I went for a deep tissue massage with Nick he was so amazing !!! The place is dated but honestly it was fine. They had live music by the pool on a Thursday. It was a vibe
