A spotless, beautifully restored 1950s-style stay — like stepping back in time Sagewater Springs is styled with a true 1950s vibe, featuring a fresh renovation, a gorgeous teal-peach-and-white color palette, and a space that feels spotless and thoughtfully cared for. What impressed us most was how consistent the theme is — not just in the décor, but even in the details like the fridge, microwave, and tea setup, all chosen to match the style. And the experience goes beyond the visuals: Dana and her team were warm, welcoming, and charming in a wonderfully old-fashioned way. It genuinely felt like stepping into the past, in the best sense. Such a unique experience these days!
I had two glorious days at Sagewater Springs. I spent a good deal of the time swimming and soaking, with the temperatures in the two pools being perfect for both activities., and the water sparkly clean. The accommodation is so thoughtfully and tastefully put together, with the smallest necessity catered for! Very comfy bed, and the little kitchenette worked perfectly. Lovely location up on a hill. Highly recommend.
Quiet, private, cute. Bed was super comfortable. We stayed while exploring Joshua Tree and it was wonderful to soak before and after. Pools were the perfect temperature. Great views. Room without the kitchenette had a mini fridge, microwave, and electric kettle.
I celebrated a birthday at Sagewater with friends and had an absolutely wonderful time. The team is very responsive to queries and questions and accommodated our group beautifully. The mountain views from the rooms were beautiful and the rooms themselves were very comfortable. The water is truly magical unbelievably relaxing. We soaked most of the hours we were at Sagewater. Highly recommended!
Wether you’re looking for a hideaway alone or with a loved person (or a few of them) this is where you want to end up. The smart mix of cozy and cool, elegant and pure, mid-century and 21st century is perfect to relax, recharge and forget. Gazing at the stars in the hot spring water, while the palm trees threw their shadows under moon light, was as memorable as a visit of a duck couple while sipping our morning tea soaking in warm spring water. Bring your own food and drinks to fix in the kitchen or drive up to Pioneertown and pay Red Dog Saloon a visit. There will be no regrets.
